About Me

As you can probably tell by the name of the blog my name is Beth and I'm a student. I am a complete and utter beauty addict and where as most people when they have a hole in the knee of their jeans would buy new ones, oh no not me! I will patch them up, or attempt to rock a new indie trend, when I'm usually found in pretty tops and cardigans. And all this just so I can get that new lippy. I absolutely adore the whole beauty industry, isn't it just divine. Before you scroll through my blog you should probably know my priority list, with regards to beauty, first is Skincare. I have known people to buy MAC makeup, and just use soap and water with no moisturiser. I find this particularly strange, good skincare products provide a great base for makeup and make you feel happier knowing that you possibly won't have to rely on that full-coverage foundation, you could just have a dab of powder and concealer then go. Next is hair care, as my mum says 'you can spend hours on your makeup but with horrible hair there is no point'. I use salon brands in my hair, but the sneaky thing is, you can get them from T K MAXX for half the price, amazing! Finally here comes makeup, and this doesn't mean that I will only buy 'drugstore' brands because my makeup collection is proof of that, but I am not brand obsessed, I own Natural Collection and MUA makeup and I'm proud. My tip to you, figure out your priorities, and you could save your self some dollarrrr.

So a little bit about me; I love Miranda Hart, I read all her book between 7 in the morning and 3 in the afternoon, that was a fun day! I am a veggie, with a love for M+S peach camomile and green tea infusion. If you haven't tried this, you must! I love Geography, and all those geeky world programmes. I just find it fascinating.

Thankyou very much for reading my blog, a blogger recently referred to hers as her 'baby' and if mine can be half as successful as hers I have achieved more than I could have imagined. Cheers to the beauty industry which can bring us all so much happiness (and sadness when we can't afford it all!!)
